Just as the Thomas Hampson master class earlier this month was a big deal for singers, I have to imagine that Evelyn Glennie's master class this Saturday is a big deal for percussionists. She is perhaps the world's pre-eminent solo percussionist, and one of the only ones to do it full-time. This master class is in conjunction with concerts she is performing this weekend with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra.
